BOD Registration
Members of the CAPA BOD Only
CAPA Member-Only – $450.00
This registration is for CAPA members only. The rate is good till the end of the conference.
CME Members – $200.00
Early Bird CAPA Member Only – $410.00
This registration is exclusive to CAPA members. The Early Bird rate is valid until September 1, 2025. After that date, the price will increase to $450.
Early Bird Non-Member – $510.00
This registration is for non-CAPA members at the Early Bird rate, which is valid until September 1, 2025. After this date, the price will increase to $575.
Friday Only – $180.00
This registration is good only for Friday, September 26, 2025.
Head Start Registration – $390.00
This is the Super Early Bird registration, available for the full conference. It will remain open until December 31, 2024.
Join CAPA & Attend – $550.00
The registration includes a one-year membership to CAPA and a registration to the 2024 conference.
Join CAPA & Attend - Early Bird Rate – $500.00
The registration includes a one-year membership to CAPA and access to the 2024 conference. After September 1, 2025, the price will increase to $550.
Non-Member – $575.00
The rate is for non-CAPA members. The registration can be purchased till end of the conference.
Saturday Only – $180.00
This registration is good only for Saturday, September 27, 2025

Please finalize your payment for registration prior to the event date. If your registration is not completed by September 1st, 2025 your registration will be cancelled. Cancelation policy is: on or before September 1st, 2025 you will receive full refund of registration fee. After this date, you may change to a 2026 conference attendee.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS:

Attendees for the 2025 CAPA conference should be aware that CAPA will follow the current Covid-19 requirements for the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment (LCDHE), which is the county for the city of Golden. CAPA will be following the county and city mandates and CDC Covid-19 guidelines as an organization during our CME conference.
